ALWAYS TEST FIT WHEELS BEFORE MOUNTING on vehicle or before mounting them on tire. No refund on products driven on. If located in the state of Florida you must pay combined county and state sales tax. Customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges associated with an item returned as undeliverable by UPS. Fitment for your specific car is guaranteed by DUBSandTIRES.com, any modifications to your wheel studs, drums, rotors, etc., beyond manufacturer specifications, that modify your vehicles OEM status will void fitment guarantee. Fitment is not guaranteed for custom cars or hobby cars. You must provide fitment and details for these vehicles.  DUBSandTIRES.com will not be responsible for return shipping charges of any purchase that is not erroneously filled by DubsandTires.com. We will only cover return shipments that qualify under our "fitment guarantee" or wrong merchandise shipped by us. Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Items must be in new condition upon return and free from damage. Damaged return items will be refused. Issuing Refunds: Full credit will be issued if any of the following conditions are met:

• The wrong merchandise is shipped.
• The merchandise is damaged during shipping.
• Merchandise is defective.
• Items do not fit vehicle and fitment was provided by DubsandTires.

Otherwise, we provide you credit less all shipping charges on normal returns. In all cases the following terms must be met. Note: We will not accept a damaged package returned by a customer:

• Tires and/or wheels must be new and not have been driven on or mounted on a vehicle (See Below).
• All merchandise must be properly packaged. Packing material is available upon request (See Below).
• We do not advise shipping return items via the USPS (United States Post Office). For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping.
• Please make sure our return address is clearly written on the package and the label.

Warranty: DubsandTires does not provide warranty for any tires or wheels sold, either expressly or implied. All products are brand new and warranty is limited to manufacturer's warranty. In all cases we will assist our customers in obtaining their warranty claims against manufacturer.
